As a DJ, artist, producer, and mixtape master, DJ Marcus J has been dazzling crowds for years with his head banging stage presence, high energy bass lines, risky speed mixes, and unique flair.
His infamous tracks compiled of unique crafty chop combinations, blends, cuts, and original sounds are transformed into up-tempo club tracks that set the bar high for Milwaukee's breaks and EDM Community.
Thus far in 2013 he remains ranked by THE DJ LIST as the overall #1 Nightclub DJ in Milwaukee, top 100 DJs in the Breaks genre, and top 600 DJs in the United States.
2012 he became a regular favorite on 88.9 RADIO MILWAUKEE during their Saturday sessions. In addition he also became resident DJ and director of entertainment at Bar Louie in downtown Milwaukee. Other high profile events of 2012 include performing at the Milwaukee Bradley Center for BMO Harris Bank and became the official DJ for Stance performing in the Milwaukee Brewers parking lot.
In 2011, he started Triforce Rage Events: a music production & events team geared towards uniting people in the Milwaukee EDM scene. In the same year, he also became sponsored by Purple Rain Energy. Along with these accomplishments, he was featured in the Wausau City Pages and Expose Kenosha as one of the top DJs in the greater Milwaukee area. Marcus J has also done many high profile events for Moose Juice Energy, Purple Rain Energy, Redbull, and Studio 1207, in collaboration with Barbizon Modeling Agency.
In 2007, he was crowned Best Club DJ in Rochester, MN. He was also named number 1 EDM promoter for Kenosha County by DaHotSpots.com. Marcus J has created popular shows like Hard Kandy and Rebirth. Over the years, he has shared the stage with many popular artists such as Ke$ha, DJ Icey, DJ Assault, Steve Aoki, DJ Funk, Cascada, Mark Instinct, Mayhem, and others.
